Service Description

I will walk you through the overwhelming job of deciding which foods stay and which get kicked to the curb. I will be by your side and guide you every step of the way. We will rid your kitchen of all the addictive carbs and leave you a space that is primed for success! This is a 1:1 service. 2 hours minimum within 10 miles of office.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with 24-hour notice. We reserve the right to consider a session “missed” if proper 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Please call or email us to reschedule your session when cancelling.
